What started as a home-kitchen obsession to recreate that perfect crunch led me down a spicy rabbit hole - sampling dozens of oils, peppers, and cooking techniques - until I landed on something unforgettable. I knew there was room in the condiment aisle for a chili crisp that felt as clean as it tasted bold, so I set out to make it myself.
